ECNL's experts, Hanna Asipovich and Eszter Hartay, talk to IPN News Agency on enabling legal environment and long-term sustainability of CSOs in Moldova.
In the interview the experts highlight the progress in CSO reforms over the last years. CSOs in Moldova can now benefit from improved conditions of maintaining and running a CSO and have agreed framework for cooperation with public authorities. However, more effort needs to be invested to improve CSO financial sustainability and transparency and to strengthening CSO linkages with constituencies.
