User-friendly manual to elaborate steps to establish a new association.
The manual elaborates steps prescribed by the new Law on Associations to establish a new association, as well as to facilitate (the already existing) associations’ compliance with re-registration requirements. The Manual was published in 2000 copies and is being widely disseminated among CSOs. ECNL is one of the authors of the brochure.
