The promotion of an enabling environment for CSOs is a key priority for the EU in its external relations. Therefore DG DEVCO started to document good practices in the area that can inspire EU Delegations and staff in headquarters. The case study on Brazil, discusses the development of the regulatory framework for CSOs in Brazil and describes an inspiring participatory process.
