ECNL has submitted its comments on the draft of the new NGO Law in Hungary. The Ministry of Administration and Justice has published the draft of the NGO Law for general consultation on the 22nd of June and awaited for comments until the 11th of July. The draft of the NGO Law comprehensively regulates the civil sector and introduces significant changes essentially affecting the operation of the CSOs (change in the scope of CSOs, the public benefit status, the operation of the National Civil Fund).
