The article provides an overview of the indicators of the Polish NGO sector and explains why civil society in Poland is not flourishing.
ECNL's long-time partner, Grzegorz Makowski published an article on the condition of Polish civil society in V4 Revue magazine. Mr Makowski is the head of the Civil Society Program at the Warsaw-based think tank, the Institute of Public Affairs. His areas of expertise include the sociology of social problems, issues of civil society, non-governmental organizations, and corruption.
