On June 13, 2008, the Expert Council on NGO Law of the Conference of INGOs, which operates under the auspices of the Council of Europe, held its first meeting in Strasbourg. The Expert Council discussed the work plan for 2008 and ways to move the work of the Council forward. ECNL Senior Legal Adviser, Dr. Dragan Golubovic, is a member of the Council.
