The evnt will focus on the new COE Code of Good Practice for Civil Participation in the Decision-Making Process.
The Council of Europe’s Conference of INGOs, the Slovenian Ministry for Public Administration and the Centre for Information, Co-operation and Development of NGOs (CNVOS) are organizing an international conference on civil participation in Ljubljana on November 12-13. The conference will focus on the ways and means for NGOs to participate in decision-making and the use of a brand new instrument, the Code of Good Practice for Civil Participation in the Decision-Making Process, which was recently approved by the Conference of INGOs. On behalf of ECNL Dr. Dragan Golubovic, working member of the Expert Council of the Council of Europe's Conference of INGOs will participate at the event.
