The Ministry of Culture has tentatively convened a meeting of the working group commissioned with preparing a new Law on Foundations and Funds - of which ECNL is a member - for December 13. The working group will review comments on the Model Law on Foundations and Funds, prepared by the Belgrade Center for the Advanced Legal Studies and identify other issues that need to be addressed by the new law.
