Organized by CIVICUS World Alliance for Citizen Participation; the International Center for Not-for-Profit Lawm (ICNL) ; World Movement for Democracy; ECNL; Article19 and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) the Side event on Civil Society Space in Central Asia is an important occassion to examine the disparate transnational experiences of civil society actors in creating a more enabling environment for their work.
With prominent speakers, Maina Kiai, Ivar Dale, Nozima Kamalova, Anara Ibrayeva the side event is taking place in Geneva, Palais Des Nations, on 19 June 2015.
