While the Dutch draft law regarding temporary measures in light of COVID-19 health crisis in the Netherlands (Tijdelijke wet maatregelen covid-19, as of July 13, 2020) guarantees the right to freedom of peaceful assembly, our brief analysis outlines some main concerns regarding its impact on this fundamental freedom.
