On June 24, 2008, the working group commissioned by the Serbian Ministry of Culture to prepare a new draft Law on Foundations to address problems in the current framework regulation presented the draft Law to the Ministry’s Commission (an advisory body). Following the presentation, ECNL further revised the draft Law, to incorporate amendments suggested by the Provincial Secretary of Culture. The draft Law has now been posted on the Ministry’s website and is open for public comment.
