Between October 20 and 22, ECNL hosted a study visit in Budapest for government and NGO representatives from Cyprus in support of the Cyprus NGO Institutional Framework Reform supported by UNDP-ACT. The aim of the three-day program was for key stakeholders to become familiar with the essential policy considerations in legislative reform affecting the NGOs, including a range of practices as well as the overall conceptual thinking, reasoning and arguments behind the policy alternatives.
