The Code addresses the rationale, the framework, mechanisms and tools to enhance civil participation decision making processes.

The Assembly focused on government-civil society sector coopeartion as well as the role of the CSO sector in the Euro-integration processes.

ECNL provided insights on fostering civil society in Central and Eastern Europe and the challenges facing transatlantic cooperation aimed at such efforts in the face of the economic crisis.

ECNL presented the key findings and learning points of the recently published Accountability study at the meeting.
