The presentation was the last in series of events organized throughout to Serbia to present the draft and receive feedback thereof from major stakeholders.
On February 3, 2009, the Ministry of Culture and the Balkan Community Initiatives Fund hosted in Belgrade a presentation of a draft Law on Endowments and Foundations. More than 60 representatives of NGOs and government officials, participated in the event. ECNL's Senior Legal Advisor and a member of the working group commissioned by the Ministry to prepare a draft Law, presented major changes in the draft Law, which resulted from the feedback the working group received in the course of public discussion.
