From June 30-July 2, 2006, ECNL and the National Foundation for Development of Civil Society hosted a conference "Legal, Fiscal and Institutional Framework for the Development of CSOs" in Opatija, Croatia. Participants included government officials, CSO representatives, and academics.
The event was supported through ECNL's CSO Legal Reform Program in Croatia funded by the Academy for Educational Development and USAID.
