The USAID Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina has recently released a report commissioned to evaluate its civil society programs. Among others, the report concludes that USAID has a tremendous impact on NGO developments. Importantly, the report recommends action to consolidate NGO legal reforms -- which have been spearheaded by the Civil Society Promotion Center and ECNL.
