ECNL prepared for the government a concept paper on the establishment of the Office, as well as the paper detailing steps and infrastructure necessary for the Office to get up and running.
The Government of Serbia has enacted a decree on the establishment of the Office for Cooperation with CSOs. ECNL’s partner in Serbia, Civic Initiatives pointed out that the Law on CSOs, which is a result of a 9 years long process, accompanied by a functional Office for Cooperation with CSOs will be a confirmation of accomplishing full partnership of the two sectors.
