The issue of official development assistance is important as new EU member states are developing systems of ODA and considering the most appropriate frameworks.
On December 11-12, the Regional Partnership Programme (RPP) from the Slovak NGDO Platform conducted an international conference in Bratislava on the legal and institutional framework for “official development assistance” (ODA) in collaboration with the Austrian EU-Platform. The main goal of the Conference was to create a forum for discussion in the field of ODA legal and institutional framework among non-governmental organizations, Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Ministries of Finance of the five RPP countries (Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and the Slovak Republic) and Poland.
