ECNL shared lessons learned about the key issues of the legal environment for CSOs in CEE countries.
The Catholic University of Honduras' law school convened a one-day conference on July 18, 2008. International experts were invited to present a country case study of a comprehensive NGO law and the positive impact it has had on the development of the sector and NGO-government relations. Ms Nilda Bullain represented ECNL at the event and shared lessons learned about the key issues of the legal environment for CSOs in CEE countries.
