Sharing success stories of the citizen organizations on the subject of advocacy and citizen involvement.
ISC Macedonia organized a conference "Citizen Organizations – Partners for Success" on the occasion of the closure of the five-year Civil Society Strengthening Project (CSSP), financed by the US Agency for International Development (USAID). The Conference took place on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at the hotel Holiday Inn in Skopje. The aim of this event was to mark the closure of CSSP by sharing success stories of the citizen organizations on the subject of advocacy and citizen involvement. Also, civil society actors were able to exchange experiences and discuss challenges in these areas. ECNL also attended the event and delivered a presentation on the process of preparation of the Volunteering Law and its enactment.
