The Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia and the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation organized a Regional conference on legal framework on behalf of the Civil Platform of Macedonia on September 24-25, 2007 in Skopje.
Representatives of the central level institutions, the members of the Platform, other citizens’ organizations, the media attended the conference. The conference provided an opportunity for NGOs and Government officials to discuss the new draft of the NGO Law amendments, the issues regarding the public financing reform, and the implementation of the Laws on Donations and Sponsorship and Volunteering. The conference is part of the project “Support for the national civil forum/platform” financed by the EU and managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction.
