ECNL held a meeting for partners from the EU New Member States, with whom we share the mission of promoting an enabling environment for civil society.
Back-to-back with the conference on government-civil society relations, on the 26th of November ECNL convened some 15 experts from the EU New Member States. The purpose of the partners meeting was to facilitate sharing of information and knowledge about issues particular to each country, as well as initiatives at the EU and regional level, which affect the work of NGOs. In addition, it identified areas for future cooperation and on which our partners can provide meaningful support to each other.
