ECNL will discuss the European practices regarding freedom of association and reflect on the new draft from comparative perspective.
On March 3, the Foundation Open Society Institute is organizing a public discussion on the draft Law on Associations and Foundations adopted by the Government. The event will take place in Skopje. The event aims to better familiarize NGOs with the solutions envisaged in the draft law and to provide a space for them to give comments on the draft and reach a consensus on issues which may need amendment. ECNL will share European examples from a comparative perspective.
