On November 12, 2007, ECNL’s local partner "Eco-Tiras", hosted a roundtable inside the Parliament on the NGO legal environment in Moldova. The event was opened by the President of Parliament, Marian Lupu and convened some 35 participants, including parliamentary representatives, NGO representatives, UNDP, and ECNL.
