ECNL was a member of the working group the Ministry commissioned to prepare the draft Law.
The Ministry of Culture of Serbia and the Balkan Community Initiative Fund (BCIF) are hosting a round table on the draft Law on Endowments and Foundations, which will be held in Belgrade on September 23, 2008. The purpose of the round table is twofold:
- to present the major features of the draft Law, and
- to seek inputs from participants on the draft.
ECNL's participation in the working group was made possible thanks to the generous support by the Institute for Sustainable Community, under the project: Civil Society Advocacy Initiative in Serbia, funded by USAID.
