ECNL provided technical assistance to the working group in preparation of the draft Law.
On November 8, in collaboration with the School of Law from Zageb, Croatia, ECNL hosted a round table on the draft Law on Foundations. The purpose of the round table was to present major features of the draft Law, which was prepared by a group of Croatia lawyers, and receive feedback from academics and other interested parties on the draft Law. On November 9, in collaboration with the Center for Peace, ECNL hosted a similar event in Osijek.
These activities were conducted under the Croatia NGO legal reform project, funded by AED.
