The Serbian Government has re-introduced a draft Law on Associations to Parliament, for its urgent consideration. Among others, the draft requires only three legal or natural persons to establish an association, proclaims registration of associations voluntarily, and details conditions for registration of a branch office of a foreign association. The draft Law was prepared by the working group commissioned by the prior Government.

ECNL's participation in the working group was made possible thanks to the generous support provided by the Institute for Sustainable Communities, under a five-year USAID project: Serbia Advocacy Initiative.
