ECNL was awarded a grant by the European Commission to improve the legislative and policy framework for freedom of association (FoA) and civil society in Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Moldova.
ECNL is implementing the campaign of the European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) promoting democratic process. ECNL, with its local partners (the Civil Society Initiative and The Foundation for the Third Sector Horizonti in Georgia; Eco-TIRAS’in Moldova; National Non-Governmental Organizations Forum in Azerbaijan; Professionals for Civil Society Public Association in Armenia) will work to achieve its objectives in the framework of a 24-month project.
