Between June 6-8 ECNL held its first training on advocacy issues for the Serbian Association of Municipalities (SCTM) in Begrade, Serbia. The training session provided an introduction to advocacy; clarified the terminology and developed a common understanding of the context. Two more trainings are to follow in September and October with the objective of providing assistance to the development of an effective advocacy strategy.
ECNL currently serves as a short-term international expert consultant in the Exchange 2 programme that is an EU funded project managed by the EAR and implemented by the GDSI consortium through the SCTM.
