What are the issues to assess in Ukraine in terms of the expected impact of this alternative funding source for civil society and the conditions of its successful implementation?
Ukrainian CSOs have engaged in discussions on the possibility to introduce the percentage designation mechanism. To support this process and ensure that the different stakeholders understand the various implications when making such a decision, ECNL prepared a document to provide some background information about the mechanism, present key questions that various stakeholders should answer and support an informed debate about the best approach to be taken.
