. At the event, ECNL delivered a presentation on the enabling tax environment for NGOs and headed a session on the enabling environment for corporate philanthropy.
From October 25 through 28, 2007 ECNL attended the annual conference of Montenegrin NGOs, which was sponsored by the Soros Foundation and held in Becici. The proceeds from the conference were published and are available at the Center for the Development of Non-Governmental Organizations www.crnvo.me.
