On July 1, 2009, in collaboration with Civil Society Promotion Center (CSPC), ECNL hosted a conference in Sarajevo on an enabling tax framework for NGOs. The primary purpose of the conference was to present a paper on tax reform for NGOs in Bosnia, which ECNL’s Dragan Golubovic has authored.
CSPC and ECNL’s participation in the conference is made possible through a USAID-funded project: "Sustainable Development of the NGO Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina II”.
