Macedonians benefit from research papers developed by ECNL and ICNL

ECNL and ICNL revised two of its publications on public benefit status and economic activities to support the development of draft amendments to the Macedonian Law on Citizens Associations’ and Foundations.

The publications also contain an analysis of the situation in Macedonia developed by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC). These papers were translated and published in Macedonian by MCIC and the Civic Platform of Macedonia, under a project supported by the European Agency for Integration.

In addition, ECNL, ICNL and the Civil Society Development Foundation, Hungary developed a comparative paper on codes of conduct to support the Civic Platform of Macedonia in its efforts to choose the best approach and adopt a mechanism for self-regulation. This paper was translated and published in Macedonian by FORUM – Center for Strategic Research and Documentation and the Civic Platform of Macedonia, under a project supported by the European Agency for Integration. The publication also contains a draft version of the code of conduct of the Civic Platform.
